When we took over the account in October 2023, the client’s goal was to grow daily ad spend from $800 to $5,000 while maintaining a minimum 1.6 MER. The initial audit we performed showed a lack of creative consistency, inefficient Meta and Google Ads structure, incomplete email flows and poor segmentation.
