We started our collaboration with Fit'N'Female in early Q4 of 2022. There were many challenges ahead, as the goal of our collaboration was to scale and expand Fit'N'Female in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, while navigating seasonality and its impact. At that time, we were entering the holiday season, when people typically do not prioritize fitness and health.
We accepted the challenge and initiated our strategy with seasonality in mind. We planned the budget accordingly and ran Meta Ads promotions. We also took advantage of the holiday season to increase brand awareness, which helped us in Q1 of 2023. Since many people make fitness goals as New Year’s resolutions, we decided to focus on one product – a fat burner. By analyzing past data and Google Trends, we noticed that this was the best time to promote it. So, we created new ads to take advantage of this opportunity.
To increase revenue while remaining profitable, we knew we focused on the variables with the highest impact:
High-converting campaign structures on both Meta and Google
Maximizing incremental conversions from brand searches coming from increased social media exposure
Creative consistency across Meta, Google, and Email flows and campaigns
Email flow optimization, and proper campaign segmentation
